What to Know Before You Order

Please review all information carefully before placing your order, especially your shipping address information. We are not able to make changes or cancellations after your order has been placed. If a mistake was made, please call us at 450-245-1241 immediately after placing your order and we will do our best to try to assist you.

When you place your order, your form of payment will be authorized (not charged). This authorization ensures the funds for the order are available while your order prepares to ship. Once your order has shipped, your form of payment will be charged. If your order is cancelled for any reason, the authorization will automatically be removed in 5-7 business days. The exact timeframe for removal is determined by you card’s issuing bank. We only take orders for items that we have stock of, however items may be cancelled after the order is placed for various reasons.

Can I Change or Cancel My Order?

Accepted Pay Methods and Pay Method Issues

Accepted Pay Methods We accept orders with Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Maestro, Visa Electron, JCB, Union Pay, Diners Club International, PayPal, Afterpay, and Miscellaneous Reflexions Gift Cards issued in USD.

Issues with Pay Methods If your credit card was declined, your information was entered incorrectly or there are issues with the card. Please try a new payment method and contact your financial institution for more information regarding the decline.

Price Adjustment Policy

Should an item from the website or catalog be marked down, please contact us within 14 days from the date of shipment. We will honor a one time price adjustment. Credits will be applied to the original form of payment and will be reflected in 2-4 business days. If you paid with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued for the amount of the credit. Please contact us to request a price adjustment.

We are unable to process price adjustments for merchandise purchased at our Miscellaneous Reflexions store locations or independent boutiques and department stores. Please contact the store directly for assistance.

Please note, we are unable to offer price adjustments for temporary promotions or discounts. Promotions or discounts cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before the promotion discount was activated.

Tax Information

We are required to collect sales tax in all states as required. Additionally, we are also required to collect tax in Puerto Rico and Australia.
